| How do I obtain the new lower price for Verizon Online DSL? |
You do not need to call Verizon Online to initiate the price change of your Verizon Online DSL service or Verizon FreedomSM with DSL package. We will contact you regarding the price change or we automatically reduced your monthly price on 5/21/03.
Since it may take one to two billing cycles to reflect the lower rate on your bill, Verizon Online will apply a credit adjustment back to 5/21/03.
If you received a reduced rate from a Verizon Online promotion, Verizon Online automatically applies the new rate to your bill after the promotion expires.
