| How do I forward e-mail to another address? |
The E-mail Forwarding tool automatically forwards all of your incoming e-mail to a different e-mail address.
When you activate E-mail Forwarding:
- Incoming messages are not sent to your Verizon Online inbox, but to a different e-mail address that you specify when you activate the service.
- Your forwarding request takes place immediately and remains in effect until you change it. You may change or cancel your forwarding request at any time using this same tool.
- If you cancel your Verizon Internet account, E-mail Forwarding is cancelled.
- The forwarding request also applies to your e-mail alias, if you have one.
