We’ve added more detail to your Verizon Online billing statement to give you a better understanding of your Internet charges. Your statement now includes two separate sections:
- Charges and Credits Summary. This section gives an overview of your current Verizon Online bill, including a total of your Internet charges and a total of any current credits or discounts. The Total Amount Due is the net amount of Verizon Online charges that are payable this month.
- Charges and Credits Detail. This section gives a line-by-line breakdown of your Total Amount Due.
