In most cases, if you move within your current Verizon service area, you can keep your current telephone number. If for some reason your existing number cannot be assigned to your new address, you will be presented with a list of new telephone numbers to choose from.

Note:  Your new telephone number is not guaranteed until the service activation at your new location has been completed.
