New to Verizon Online Email? Your Email account has been set up, and you can begin sending and receiving email immediately. With Email, you can access your email from your home or office through Outlook Express, or from anywhere in the world using an Internet connection.

Ready to get started?
Log in to your Email Inbox by entering the user name and password you selected during installation.

How do I read my emails?
      1. Log in to your email account.

      1. Click the Email title in the Subject field to open and read the email.


      How do I create new emails?

          1. Log in to your email account.
          2. Click Compose in the left navigation panel.

          1. Enter the email address(es) of the person(s) you are emailing in the applicable To, CC, and BCC fields.
          2. Enter a title for your email in the Subject field.
          3. Enter the message in the gray box below the Send button.
          4. Click Spell Check to review the spelling of your email.
          5. Click Send.


           What does Email include?
          • One primary account and 8 additional accounts (sub-accounts) for other family members or special purposes.
          • Email that you can access using the Internet or Outlook Express.
          • Your email accounts come with 250 MB of storage space for the primary account, and 60 MB for each sub account. If you only have one email account and no sub accounts, you have 250 MB of storage space.
          What should I do first?           With Email, you can access your email from your home or office through Outlook Express, or from anywhere in the world using an Internet connection.



          What does Verizon Online Email include?
