What happens if a technician visits my home and cannot resolve my issues or cannot install my devices?

If you have a problem that cannot be resolved, a technician will determine how to handle these types of claims on a case-by-case basis. If the issue can be resolved, the technician will reschedule and return at a later date with no additional charge to you. If a technician cannot resolve your particular issue, you will be given a full refund of the purchase price.
