Use the Preference Center to change your email marketing preferences The Preference Center lets you choose to receive email concerning new Verizon offers, products, and services.

Keep in mind:

Regardless of your selection, you will still receive important email about changes to your Verizon Broadband service.
You can opt out of this service anytime by returning to the Preference Center then checking the box titled No, I do not wish to receive advertising or commercial emails from Verizon Online and selecting Submit. Allow 10 business days for your opt-out request to take effect.
