If I exceed my hours in any given month, when will I be billed for the extra online time? As an example, if you receive your bill on the 17th of the month, you will see the usage charges for the previous month on this bill. For example, if you have the 150-Hour Plan, your January 17th bill will include any usage from the December calendar month if you exceeded 150 hours.
