I forgot my user name and password. What should I do?

If you can't remember your Verizon Online password, but you know your Verizon Online user name and the answer to your secret question, you can use the Password Reset tool.

If you can't remember your Verizon Online user name, call the Verizon Fiber Solution Center at (888) 553-1555.
