What happened to my old emails in Email & More? If your emails have been in your mailbox for over 30 days, they may have been automatically deleted.

Emails sent to your Email & More account are saved on the Verizon Online servers for 30 days. Messages that remain in your email mailbox for more than 30 days are automatically deleted.

If you don't use your Email & More account for 120 days, Verizon Online automatically closes your account. As long as you are still a Verizon Online subscriber, you can reopen your account up to 90 days after your account is closed. If no request is made within the 90 day period, your account is deleted.
