Update your Verizon password in Outlook Express To update your password in Outlook Express:
  1. Start Outlook Express.
  2. From the Tools menu, select Accounts.
  3. Select your Verizon email account, and then click Properties.
  4. Click the Servers tab.
  5. Enter your new password in the Password field, and then click OK to save changes.
