The One-time Payment tool lets you view your Verizon account balance and payment due date. You can make a payment toward your outstanding balance using a credit card, debit card, or direct debit from a bank account.
Note: Your regularly scheduled payment method is not affected by a one-time payment. It takes approximately 24 hours for a one-time payment to post to your account.
Who can use the One-Time Payment Tool?
You can use the One-Time Payment tool as long as you don't pay for your Verizon service through your phone bill.
