To create additional email accounts for friends and family, set up a sub-account. A sub-account is a secondary email account associated with your main email account.
As the primary account holder, you can create up eight sub-accounts for family and friends, and maintain full control over email access for your sub-accounts. Each sub-account has its own user name and password. Also, you can provide each sub-account access to your own Personal Web Space and Web Storage, places where you can share files, documents, photo albums, and more.
Use the Create Sub-accounts Tool
To login and use the Create Sub-accounts Tool, select your Verizon Online portal:

Note: Only primary account users can make changes to sub-accounts.
*The sub-accounts you create from My Account (Set Up Sub-Account Tool) are only accessible from your Verizon Online account. If you want to access your sub-accounts from Outlook Express, you'll need to create them first in My Account and then directly from Outlook Express.
