Creating a new Verizon Online Calendar event
    Events are activities that you schedule in your calendar, which can include other attendees (notified via email) and setup the event to repeat at regular intervals.

  1. Log in to your email account and access the Calendar.
  2. From the Calendar Bar, click New Event.
  3. Enter a description and location of the event in the corresponding fields.
  4. Enter a Start Date by clicking the Calendar Icon and selecting a date or by typing a date in the Start Date field.
  5. Use the Start Date menus to select a Start Time.
  6. Enter an End Date by clicking the Calendar Icon and selecting a date or by typing a date in the End Date field.
  7. Use the End Date menus to select an End Time.
  8. If you wish to set a reminder for the event, from the Reminder menu select the amount of time before the event that you want the reminder to appear.
  9. If you wish to designate this event as a repeating event, check the Repeat this event checkbox and configure the Repeat options. See Set an Event to Repeat.
  10. If you wish to include attendees in the event, click Browse Contacts to select attendees from your Address Book or click Add New Attendee to manually enter attendee information. See Add or delete attendees to an event.
  11. Click Save.
