When will my Verizon FiOS Internet Service be activated? The Service Ready Date is the date that Verizon activates your Verizon FiOS Internet Service. This date was communicated to you by phone call, email, or both when you signed up for service.

Verizon FiOS Internet Service is not available until the fiber optic line has been activated. Do not install the Verizon FiOS Internet Service software until the Service Ready Date has arrived.

Contact the Verizon Fiber Solutions Center if you have forgotten your Service Ready Date.
