I was promised a credit last month. Where can I find it? If you bill Verizon Online charges to your Verizon local telephone bill, the credit will appear in the Verizon Online section of your bill.

The credit to your account will appear as a line item of credit or as a reduction to your total Verizon Online charge, depending on your Verizon Online plan. Please keep in mind that it may take up to two billing cycles for credits to be applied to your Verizon telephone bill.

For example, if your account is credited in the amount of $5, you will see a line item of credit for $5.

If you bill Verizon Online charges to a major credit card, the credit to your account will appear as a reduction on your credit card statement.

For example, if your account is credited in the amount of $5, your total charge will be reduced by $5.
