Updating your Verizon Online password in Outlook 2003

If you have updated the password of your Verizon Online primary account or sub-account, you must update Outlook with the new password.

  1. Open Outlook.

  2. From the Tools menu, select Email Accounts.

  3. Select View or change existing email accounts, and then click Next.

  4. From the Mail Account list, select your Verizon Mail account and click Change.

  5. In the Logon Information area, type in your updated password in the Password field.

  6. Click Next and then click Finish.
