If you have updated the password of your Verizon Online primary account or sub-account, you must update Outlook with the new password.
- Open Outlook.
- From the Tools menu, select Email Accounts.
- Select View or change existing email accounts, and then click Next.
- From the Mail Account list, select your Verizon Mail account and click Change.
- In the Logon Information area, type in your updated password in the Password field.
- Click Next and then click Finish.
