To send messages:
1. Open Outlook.
2. From the File menu, select New (or click the Create Mail button on the tool bar).
A new message window appears.
3. Type the email address of your recipient in the To: field. Select the Cc: or Bcc: field to add recipients that you want to copy or blind copy on the message. Press Enter when you have added all recipients.
4. Type a brief description of the message in the Subject: field.
5. Press Tab to move the cursor to the body of the message. Type your message.
6. Click Send to send the message.
To receive messages:
1. Open Outlook.
2. From the Tools menu, select Send/Receive, then select Send & Receive All (or click the Send/Receive button on the tool bar).
