Are you using the correct user name and password?

Check that you are typing your user name and password correctly.

Remember that your password is case-sensitive. Make sure the CAPS LOCK feature of your keyboard is not accidentally on.

Check that you are using the correct user name and password.

Check your records to make sure you are entering the exact same user name and password that you created during software installation.

What if I forgot my Verizon Online password or user name?
If you forgot your password, use the Reset Verizon Online Password tool.

If you forgot your user name, you can retreive your user name online. you'll need your Verizon phone or account number to verify your identity. If you need a new user name, call the Verizon Fiber Solutions Center at (888) 553-1555.
