Sending and receiving email  How do I create new emails?

  1. Log in to your email account.

  2. Click View Inbox if your Email Inbox doesn't display when Webmail opens. [Show Me]

  3. Confirm New Message is selected in the Task Selector dropdown list.

  1. Click Go beside the New Message field.

  2. Enter the email address(es) of the person(s) you are emailing in the applicable To, CC, and BCC fields. If the recipients are in your Verizon Webmail Contacts, you can click Select Recipients to choose the recipeints of your email.

  3. Enter a title for your email in the Subject field.

  4. Enter the message in the white area below the formatting tools.

  5. Click Spell Check (Spelling Check)to review the spelling of your email.

  6. Click Send.


How do I read my emails?

  1. Log in to your email account.

  2. Click the Email title in the Subject field to open and read the email.
