Yes. If your equipment is proven to be a total loss recycling will be handled by Expert Care.

Laptops, Personal Computers, or television sets less than 32 inches will be shipped to an Expert Care facility to determine whether the item is a total loss.

An item will NOT be shipped back to a customer for disposal if the item is determined to be a total loss.
