When an Xbox console is banned from Xbox Live, users receive an on-screen "banned" message and cannot connect to the Xbox Live service.
Verizon Broadband did not cause the ban and, unfortunately, cannot help "un-ban" your Xbox console. In addition, Verizon Broadband does not supply information to Microsoft (the manufacturer of Xbox) regarding your Xbox Live service. The ban is an action taken solely by Microsoft.
Microsoft bans Xbox 360 consoles when users violate the Xbox Live Terms of Use or Code of Conduct.
