Online Backup: After you download, install, and set up the Online Backup application tool you can select which files you would like to backup. You then schedule how often you want your backups to occur. You can go to the history tab to verify if your automatic backups are occurring as scheduled. You can also restore documents back to their original location.
Online Sharing: You can select and upload the files or folders to your online account. Once the files and folders are uploaded, you can set up permissions to share your files with friends, family and business associates.
The recipient of a shared file will receive a guest user name, password, and a link for easy access to the files.
