Can I use my email account after my Verizon FiOS Internet Service is activated or are there additional set up instructions? During installation, the Verizon Technician will guide you through the installation of the FiOS software, account set-up, Verizon email** configuration and activation on a single computer. After your account is activated, you can immediately begin using your email account.

** Existing Verizon Dial-up and Verizon High Speed Internet customers retain their current email address(es).
