Opening the DMZ on your D-Link 624 router If you are having difficulty connecting your online gaming device, you may need to open the DMZ on your home router for that console.

Open you web browser and enter http://192.168.0.1 in the Address field.
Enter the router username and password.

If the username and password has never been changed, then the default login will apply:

Username: admin
Password: password
When the D-Link Configuration screen displays, confirm that the Advanced tab is selected and click DMZ.
Enter the IP address of the game console and click Enabled. Then click Apply to save your settings.
