Step 2: Adding shared network printers to your available printers list in Windows XP Before you can use a shared network printer, you must first add it to your list of available printers.

  1. Click Start in the bottom left Taskbar.


  2. Select Printers and Faxes.


  3. Select Add a printer from the left navigation pane.
