I've physically connected my computer to the Verizon 9100VM router, but my computer is still unable to see the router or browse the Internet. What should I do? Your computer may not be set to automatically get an IP address. Please verify that the TCP/IP protocol is set correctly on your computer.
  1. Click Start on your Desktop and then click Control Panel. [Show Me]
