If you're having a FiOS home network issue, you should reboot your computer and router.

Troubleshooting the ONT

Verify that the Optical Network Terminal (ONT) is
receiving power. The ONT is a small Verizon box located on the outside of your home. It has a power cord that goes into your home where it plugs into an existing standard AC outlet.
