Internet Explorer caused an invalid page fault in module mshtml.dll. This error can occur when you are using older third-party display drivers.

Change your color palette settings to 256 colors:
  1. From the Windows taskbar, select Start, Settings, Control Panel.
  2. Double-click the Display icon.
  3. Select the Settings tab. In the Color Panel area, select 256 color.
  4. Select OK.
  5. If prompted, restart your computer.
