Verizon Media Manager for Macintosh lets you listen to your iTunes music library from your FiOS TV. Using playlists that you create in iTunes, you can use the Music Manager to select the specific collections of songs you want to listen to on your FiOS TV.
About iTunes collections
Here are the types of iTunes collections Media Manager can play on your FiOS TV:
- Music: This is your entire iTunes music library
- Smart Playlists: These are collections of your music that are automatically updated as your iTunes library changes. For example, if you create a Smart Playlist of songs by a particular artist, whenever you add new music by that artist, those songs will automatically be added to the Smart Playlist.
- Playlists: A playlist is a custom compilation of songs.
