Installing Media Manager

If you have a Verizon-provided DVR, you can download the Media Manager software by selecting the Download button below. Follow the onscreen instructions to install Media Manager on your PC.   Please note that Media Manager is not supported on the model 2500, 6200, or 7100 media terminals.

Accessing Media Manager from FiOS TV After you successfully share your media files, you can access them via FiOS TV. Using your FiOS TV remote, select Menu, Media Manager and Refresh Devices.
