I forgot my parental control PIN Your Parental Controls PIN allows you to block, unblock and watch restricted programming on your channel lineup and On Demand selections. Your PIN is important because it prevents children or other members of your family from changing your Parental Controls.

If you lose or forget your PIN, it can only be reset by calling Fiber Solutions Customer Support at (888) 553-1555 and speaking to a support representative.
