Follow the installation instructions that came with your TV tuner card.

The manufacturer of your TV tuner provides software that lets you:

• Use VCR-like controls such as Start, Pause, Fast Forward and Rewind
• Change Channels
• Record TV programs (if supported by your TV tuner)

If you are running Windows XP or Windows Vista, you may opt to set up and use Windows Media Center as the program to operate your TV tuner.
