What's involved in the Home Media DVR installation process?

If you already have a DVR and set top box that is compatible with the FiOS TV Home Media DVR service, there is no installation required. To order Home Media DVR, call (800) 293-9139. The Home Media DVR feature will be added to your service. If you are an existing FiOS TV customer but don't have a compatible DVR, a DVR can be sent to you by mail which you can self-install.
After you order the Home Media DVR service, you can download and install the Media Manager software on your computer.
