How do I install Media Manager and access my files from FiOS TV?

Media Manager is a part of the FiOS Home Media DVR. While Media Manager is a free download, you must order the FiOS Home Media DVR service by calling Encore at 1-800-293-9139. Once your service is activated, you can download Media Manager.
You can use Media Manager only on your Home Media DVR hub. Please note that Media Manager is not supported on the 2500 media terminals.

Accessing Media Manager from FiOS TV
After you successfully share your photos and music files, you can now view your files via FiOS TV. Using your FiOS TV remote, select Menu, Media Manager and Refresh Devices. |

To install Media Manager: - Go to the Media Manager Download page.
- Click on the Download Media manager button.
- Review the Service License Agreement and click the check box to verify that you accept the terms and conditions. Click Download.
- Click the Run button and follow the onscreen prompts to complete the installation.
