If you already have a DVR and Set-Top Box that is compatible with the FiOS TV Home Media DVR service, there is no installation required. To order Home Media DVR, call 1-800-293-9139. The Home Media DVR feature will be added to your service. If you are an existing FiOS TV customer but don't have a compatible DVR, a DVR can be sent to you by mail which you can self-install.
