The Verizon Toolbar is installed but it does not appear in the browser.
 If I right-click on the Internet Explorer menu, the toolbar is in the list but is grayed out. How can I fix this? If the Verizon Toolbar is in the list but doesn't display in your browser, the Verizon Toolbar is disabled.

To enable the Verizon Toolbar in Internet Explorer 8:

Note: The directions may vary slightly if you're using a different version of Internet Explorer.
  1. Click the Tools menu of Internet Explorer.
  2. Select the Verizon Toolbar from the list.
  3. Select Enable in the Settings section.


    4. Enable Toolbar

  4. Click Close.
