High Speed Solution Center

Why is my first bill higher than I expected? Generally, your Verizon Broadband charges represent one month of service.

However, the amount of your first Verizon High Speed Internet bill represents:
  • The prorated amount from your Service Ready Date to the end of the month.
  • An advanced charge through the next month's bill date.
  • Any setup fees and/or equipment charges that may apply.
Applicable usage charges may be present for any Dial-up access that exceeds your usage allowance.

Subsequent bills should reflect charges for one billing cycle.
