High Speed Solution Center

What is my billing cycle? The Verizon Broadband billing cycle is the same as your Verizon Telephone bill cycle. For charges on your credit card, please refer to your credit card statement.

The amount of your first Verizon High Speed Internet bill represents:
  • The prorated amount from your Service Ready Date to the end of the month.
  • An advanced charge through the next month's bill date.
  • Any setup fees and/or equipment charges that may apply.
For example, if your Service Ready Date is on January 15th, and you are billed on January 28th, your first bill will reflect charges from January 15th through January 28th, in addition to charges from January 29th through February 28th.

Applicable usage charges may be present for any dial-up access that exceeds your usage allowance.

Subsequent bills should reflect charges for one billing cycle.

For more information on the Verizon Online prorated billing system, view an animated tutorial on Understanding Your First Bill.
