Why do I need different user names and passwords in Verizon.com and Verizon.net? Verizon.net and the tools you will find on Verizon.net require a different user name and password at login than Verizon.com. If you haven't already established a user name and password on Verizon.com you will need to do so when you visit the site.

Once you have set up an account and logged on to Verizon.com you can:
