Can I retrieve my Verizon Message Center Email on my BlackBerry® smartphone? Yes, you can. To get started with Message Center on your BlackBerry® smartphone, you will need BlackBerry Internet Service (BIS). Call your wireless provider to add BIS.

To begin:

  • Select the Personal Email Setup icon from the home screen of your BlackBerry.
  • Read and agree to the BlackBerry Terms and Conditions.
  • Enter your Verizon email address and password, and then click Next.
  • Select OK to confirm the setup of your account.
You will be able to send and receive email, get access to sent items and stay connected via real time email alerts on your BlackBerry device.
