How do I sign up for Spam Detector? You don't need to do a thing. If you received an email from us announcing the Spam Detector service, it will begin working on your @verizon.net account during the week stated in the email, unless you "opt out."

If you are a new customer signing up after July 13, 2001, your account will automatically be set up with the Spam Detector service.
