There are two ways to move your messages or contacts into your Webmail account.

To use the Import Contacts tool, do the following:

• Mouse over CONTACTS from the toolbar drop-down menu
• Select Import Contacts
• Next to the CSV File to Import, use the Browse tool to locate the messages or contacts you would like to import

Also, you can visit Verizon TrueSwitch to use the free utilities that allow you to move messages and contacts into your verizon.net account. If you are upgrading from Netmail to Webmail, your contacts have already been moved.
