Setting up your primary email account You set up your primary email account during the account setup portion of your service installation.

During account setup, you selected your user name and password. Your user name serves as the first part of your email address before the @ sign. You'll also specify your user name when you log in to your Verizon Online email account. Did you forget your user name and password?

Verizon Online automatically closes any unused email accounts after a set period of time. As long as you are a Verizon Online subscriber, you can reopen your account at anytime. To learn more, review Verizon Online's Email Policies.
