Setting up additional email addresses with Netscape® Messenger 7.0 on the Mac®
  1. Start Netscape Messenger.
  2. From the Edit menu, choose Mail & Newsgroups Account Settings.
  3. From the Add Account dialog box, click Add Account.

    4. The New Account Setup dialog box appears.
  4. Click the Email Account radio button, then click Next.

    5. The Identity dialog box appears.
  5. In the Your Name field, type your name. (This name appears in the From field of your outgoing messages.)
  6. In the Email Address field, type the email address. Click Next.
  7. The Server Information dialog box appears:
    • Select POP as the server.
    • In the Incoming Server field, type incoming.verizon.net.
    • In the Outgoing Server field, type outgoing.verizon.net.
    • Click Next.
  8. In the Your Name field, type your name. (This name appears in the From field of your outgoing messages.)
  9. In the Email Address field, type the email address. Click Next.
  10. The User Name dialog box appears:
    • In the User Name field, type your user name.
    • Click Next.
  11. The Account Name dialog box appears:
    • In the Account Name field, type your name.
    • Click Next.
  12. In the Congratulations dialog box, verify that the information you typed is correct. Click Finish.
  13. Netscape returns you to the Account Settings dialog box. Click OK. The additional email address appears in the left navigation bar of the Mail preview pane.
