Drawing attention to selected emails Highlighting the subject of an email is an effective way to draw attention to an email displayed in your Inbox. Examples of emails you may want to highlight could include:

Emails sent with a high priority attached by the sender
Emails from your husband/wife/children
Emails about a specific subject such as your hobby or other areas of interest

To create an email rule to highlight selected emails

Start Outlook Express.

From the Tools menu, select Message Rules.

Select Mail.

If you have not previously created an email rule, click New. The New Mail Rule dialog box will display.
