Moving emails to a specified folder based on the sender Moving emails into an Outlook Express folder based on the sender provides an easy way to organize your emails. You can create Outlook Express folders and design email rules that automatically move emails from your family, clients, co-workers, friends, or any other group into the appropriate folder.

Organizing emails into separate folders based on who sent them makes it much easier to save and track them. Because they have been moved off of the email server, you don't have to worry about them being automatically deleted after 30 days. And you'll never again have to search through hundreds of emails to find that invitation from your mother.
