Configuring AppleMail™ to work with multiple email accounts
  1. Launch AppleMail.
  2. From the menu bar at the top of the screen, click Mail.
  3. From the drop-down menu, click Preferences.
  4. When the Accounts window appears, click Add Account.
  5. On the Account Information tab, fill in the following fields:
    1. Account Type: Choose POP.
    2. Description: Type a description for your email address.
    3. Email Address
    4. Full Name
    5. Incoming Mail Server: Type incoming.verizon.net
    6. User Name
    7. Password
    8. Outgoing Mail Server: Choose Add Server, then fill in the fields:
      • Outgoing Mail Server: Type outgoing.verizon.net
      • Authentication: Type your password.

      • User Name: Type your user name.

      • Password: Type your password.


    9. Click OK.
