Install Verizon High Speed Internet software Before you install Verizon Online Verizon High Speed Internet software, be sure that:

Your Service Ready Date has arrived. Your Service Ready Date was sent to you in an email after you signed up for Verizon High Speed Internet service.
Your filters have been properly installed (see Step 1).
Your DSL hardware is set up and the front-panel lights are on (see Step 2).
