How long does Verizon keep my email? As detailed in the Verizon Email Policy, Verizon Online stores email messages for 30 days. After 30 days, messages are automatically deleted. To save email messages longer than 30 days, you must save them to your computer using an email application like Outlook Express.

Note: Email that Spam Detector identifies as spam is deleted automatically.
